Serdecznie zapraszamy do wzięcia udziału w spotkaniu podsumowującym wyniki badania pn. Benchmarking klastrów Polsce - edycja 2022 pn. Współpraca? Czy to się opłaca?, które odbędzie się w Warszawie, w dniu 26.04.2023 r. (badanie realizowane na zlecenie Polskiej Agencji Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości przez konsorcjum: Innoreg Sp. z o.o. oraz Związek Pracodawców Klastry Polskie).
Wydarzenie będzie poświęcone współpracy w klastrach i klastrów z otoczeniem, tj. w regionie, kraju czy na Wspólnym Europejskim Rynku. Klastry nadal traktują współpracę wewnątrz i na zewnątrz jako swoje wyzwanie. Nieliczne polskie klastry budują wewnątrz łańcuchy wartości lub włączają się w krajowe lub zagraniczne łańcuchy wartości. Zachęcanie ich do współpracy, pokazywanie dobrych praktyk, rozmowa o ryzykach i sposobach ich mitygacji wydają się ciągle potrzebne, tym bardziej, że środowisko klastrów w Polsce jest zróżnicowane.
Spotkanie rozpocznie się od wystąpień: Pana Marka Przeora (Team Leader, Departament Networks & Governance, DG GROW KE) w związku z 30. Rocznicą Wspólnego Rynku, nt. dotychczasowej roli klastrów i wyzwań przed nimi stojących na Wspólnym Rynku oraz Pani Agaty Wancio (Zastępca Dyrektora, Departament Innowacji i Polityki Przemysłowej, Ministerstwo Rozwoju i Technologii), dotyczącego "Polityki klastrowej w Polsce".
Następnie zostaną zaprezentowane wyniki badania benchmarkingowego klastrów obejmujące lata 2020-2021 (pokazujące jak polskie klastry sobie radziły w pandemii covid-19, w zestawieniu z wynikami z lat 2018-2019, a zatem sprzed pandemii), dobre praktyki wybranych klastrów, co będzie punktem wyjścia do dyskusji na temat kondycji polskich klastrów, ich otwartości i gotowości na dynamicznie zachodzące zmiany w gospodarce, współpracy wykraczającej poza struktury klastra oraz wykorzystania nowych trendów.
Na zakończenie wydarzenia zaplanowane jest wystąpienie eksperckie.
Wydarzenie odbędzie się w formie stacjonarnej oraz online, udział jest bezpłatny.
Organizatorzy podczas spotkania zapewniają tłumaczenie (język polski i angielski).
Miejsce konferencji posiada udogodnienia dla osób z niepełnosprawnością.

Badanie benchmarkingowe klastrów w Polsce jest prowadzone co dwa lata od 2010 r. Głównym celem badania jest określenie aktualnego stanu rozwoju klastrów, przeanalizowanie zmian, jakie zaszły w klastrach w okresie dokonywanej obserwacji oraz zarekomendowanie działań na przyszłość. Na podstawie przeprowadzonych badań powstaje raport ogólny, który każdorazowo jest udostępniony na stronie internetowej PARP jako źródło wiedzy na temat sytuacji klastrów działających w Polsce, a także ich dobrych praktyk. Ponadto w ramach badania są opracowane dla każdego z koordynatorów klastrów indywidualne pogłębione raporty zawierające analizę wskaźników danego klastra na tle wskaźników badanej grupy oraz propozycje działań usprawniających, które mogą mieć wpływ na dalszy rozwój. Te raporty mają charakter poufny. W obecnej edycji badania udział wzięło 41 koordynatorów klastrów i 642 członków klastrów.

We would like to invite you to participate in the conference summarizing the study's results entitled "Benchmarking of clusters in Poland - Edition 2022 Cooperation? Is it worth it?, which will be held in Warsaw on April 26th, 2023 (study commissioned by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development conducted by the consortium: Innoreg Sp. z o.o. and the Polish Clusters Employers' Association).
The event will be devoted to cooperation within clusters and clusters with the environment, i.e. in the region, the country or the European Common Market. Cooperation is still perceived as a challenge in clusters, both inside and outside. Just a few Polish clusters are building value chains internally or joining national or foreign value chains. Encouraging them to cooperate, showing good practices, and discussing the risks and ways of mitigating them seem still necessary, especially as the cluster environment in Poland is diverse.
The conference will commence with speeches by:
Mr Marek Przeor (Team Leader, Department Networks & Governance, DG GROW EC) in connection with the 30th Anniversary of the Common Market, on the current role of clusters and their challenges in the Common Market,
and Ms Agata Wancio (Deputy Director, Department of Innovation and Industrial Policy, Ministry of Development and Technology) on "Cluster policy in Poland".
The speeches will be followed by the presentation of the results of the cluster benchmarking study covering the years 2020-2021 (demonstrating how Polish clusters fared in the COVID-19 pandemic, in comparison with the results of the 2018-2019 study, i.e. pre-pandemic), along with good practices of selected clusters that will serve as a starting point for a discussion of Polish clusters' condition, their readiness to adapt to dynamic economic changes, collaboration beyond cluster structures, and using new trends to complement clusters.
The event will conclude with an expert presentation.
The event is hybrid. Both online and offline participation is free of charge.
Translation (Polish and English) will be provided by the organizers.

The cluster benchmarking study in Poland has been conducted every two years since 2010. The main objective of the study is to evaluate the current state of cluster development, analyse the evolution of clusters during the observation period, and recommend actions for the future. As the result, a report is prepared, which, each time, is available on the PARP website as a source of knowledge on the clusters' situation in Poland, as well as their best practices. In addition, each cluster coordinator receives an individual confidential in-depth report consisting of an analysis of indicators of a given cluster against the indicators of the surveyed group and recommendations for improvement that may impact further development. The current edition studied 41 cluster coordinators and 642 cluster members.
